1. Order Processing & Dispatch All tableware orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. We carefully inspect each ceramic, stainless steel, and wooden tableware item before packaging to ensure quality before dispatch.
2. International Shipping & Delivery Time We offer worldwide international shipping for all tableware products. Standard international delivery normally takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination country, local logistics, and customs clearance efficiency. Expedited shipping is available as an optional upgrade at checkout for faster delivery.
3. Shipping Fees & Transparent Pricing All shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on total order weight, package size, and shipping destination. No hidden fees or extra surcharges will be applied. Customers can view the exact shipping cost before completing payment.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charged by local customs authorities. These fees are the recipient’s sole responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse any customs-related charges. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
5. Professional Fragile Packaging Protection Our tableware includes fragile ceramic bowls, porcelain plates, and wooden-handled cutlery. We adopt upgraded shockproof packaging with thick foam, anti-collision cartons, and protective wrapping to minimize breakage during international transit. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for high-value orders.
6. Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Support Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you find outer package damage, severe deformation, or item breakage, please take clear photos/videos and refuse to sign for the parcel, then contact our support team instantly. If manufacturing defects or product damage are found after signing, please submit a support request with valid evidencewithin 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and provide reasonable solutions including refund, replacement, or after-sales assistance.
7. Shipping Exceptions & Delays Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics congestion, or unexpected international transportation circumstances. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by uncontrollable shipping delays but will actively track and update order status for customers.
